π« No Returns or Exchanges β Final Approach
All our products are custom-built and personalized, crafted just for you. Because of this precision customization, all sales are finalβwe do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once your order is cleared for takeoff. Please verify your details thoroughly before submitting your order.
π Production & Delivery: Pre-Flight & Flight Time
Each product requires 1 to 5 working days on the production runway for careful assembly. After takeoff, expect 1 to 5 business days in transit to reach your destination. Please plan for a total journey time of up to 10 business days before your order lands safely in your hands.
βοΈ Custom Orders: Your Flight Path
Every item is a one-of-a-kind flight, crafted to your specifications. By placing your order, you confirm all personalization data is accurate and ready for dispatch. We cannot adjust course for errors provided by the customer once production begins.
β³ Order Cancellations: Clearance Window
Flight cancellations (order cancellations) must be requested within 6 hours of placing your order β before your custom item leaves the hangar. After this clearance window, production will proceed, and cancellations wonβt be possible.
π οΈ Damaged or Defective Items: Emergency Procedures
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact our ground crew within 3 days of delivery with photos and a detailed report. We will investigate the issue promptly and help you navigate toward a solution.
